गन्ना
गन्ने का नाम सुनते ही अनेक लोगों के मुंह में पानी भर आएगा । गन्ना खेतों में खेती के रूपमें हमें मिलता है । गन्ने से बनते हैं –
गुड़, शक्कर, चीनी, गन्ने का रस
गन्ना प्राकृतिक उपज नहीं ।
इसे खेतों में बोया जाता है ।
लाभ तथा गुण
वैसे तो गन्ने तथा इससे बनने वाली वस्तुएं मानव जीवन का एक विशेष अंग बनकर रह गयी हैं | इसके गुणों का ज्ञान बहुत कम लोगों को ही है ।
खांसी के लिए
कच्ची मुली का रस 60 ग्राम
गन्ने का रस 1 कप
इन दोनों को मिलाकर पीने से हर प्रकार की खांसी ठीक हो जाती है ।
गन्ने का रस प्रतिदिन पीने से सुखी खांसी दूर हो जाती है ।
पथरी
निरंतर गन्ने को चूसते रहने से पथरी रोग ठीक हो जाता है ।
रक्त-विकार
ऐसे रोगियों को खाने के पश्चात् एक गिलास गन्ने का रस सेवन करना चाहिए ।
पीलिया
जौ के बने सत् 100 ग्राम, गन्ने का रस 250 ग्राम हर सुबह सेवन करने से पीलिया रोग ठीक हो जाता है ।
