संतरा
संतरा एक ऐसा फल है जो हर रोग में उपयोगी है | इसका रस, छिलके तथा पत्ते तक भी काम आते हैं | इसका वृक्ष काफी बड़ा और फैला होता है | इसे बागों में लगाकर पाला जाता है |
कब्ज रोग दूर करे
इसमें तो कोई संदेह नहीं कि कब्ज रोग सब बीमारियों की मां है | ऐसे रोगियों के लिए संतरा बहुत गुणकारी है | उन्हें सुबह उठकर एक गिलास संतरे का रस पीना चाहिए | इस से कब्ज रोग दूर हो जाता है |

गुर्दे का दर्द
जो लोग गुर्दे के दर्द से दु:खी हैं उन्हें सुबह उठकर एक गिलास संतरे के जूस का सेवन करना चाहिए | इससे गुर्दे का दर्द एक मास में ठीक हो जाएगा |
