सिर दर्द : कारण तथा निवारण
सिर दर्द रोग नहीं, रोगों से बचाने के लिए प्रकृति द्वारा की महत्वपूर्ण क्रिया है | हमें यह चेतावनी है कि खान-पान तथा जीवन शैली को सुधारें | तन तथा मन दोनों विश्राम माँगते हैं | उन्हें कुछ आराम दें | अपने शरीर के साथ होने वाले गलत व्यवहार को सुधारें | किंतु हम इसे समझते नहीं |
कारण –
- हमारे भोजन में वायु बनाने वाले पदार्थों की अधिकता
- अधिक कब्ज बना रहना
- किसी प्रकार का संक्रमण या एलर्जी
- उच्च रक्तचाप रहना
- जुकाम-सर्दी बने रहना
- अधिक शराब , धुम्रपान, नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन |
- चिंता, भय |
- तनावग्रस्त हो कुछ अंगों में दर्द
- एक ही प्रकार की जीवन शैली
- आँखों की ज्योति घटती जाना |
- विषाक्त भोजन का सेवन |
भूख में भी भूखे ही रहना | - मधुमेह रोग आदि |
- इन्मने से कोई एक या अधिक कारन सर दर्द पैदा कर सकते हैं |
उपचार (निवारण)-
- कारण जानकर उसे हटाना ही सबसे उत्तम उपचार है | जब कारण नहीं रहेगा तो दर्द भी नहीं |
- मेहँदी के फूल : यदि सिर दर्द का कारण धुप में निकलना है, धुप में काम करना है, गर्मी लग जाना है, तो मेहँदी के फुल लें | उन्हें पीसें और पीसकर रोगी के माथे पर लेप करें | आराम जल्दी आएगा |
- सेव व नमक : नमक के साथ सेव का सेवन भी सिर दर्द हटा देता है | उसे प्रात: खाली पेट खाएँ | इस साधारण से उपचार से शरीर को पौष्टिकता तो मिलेगी ही, साथ में हर प्रकार का सर दर्द जाता रहेगा |
- नींबू का रस-सेंधा नमक : एक छोटा गिलास पानी लें | इसमें थोड़ा सेंधा नमक डालें | नींबू निचौड़ें | अब रोगी को पिला दें | दिन में तीन खुराक | आराम मिलेगा |
- नींबू के छिलके : नींबू के छिलकों को पीसकर माथे पर लेप करने से भी सिर दर्द दूर हो जाता है |
- गाय का घी : गाय का घी पिघलाकर रोगी के नाक के नथुनों में डालें | इससे भी सर दर्द दूर हो जाएगा | दिन में दो बार डालें |
- सरसों का तेल : आप नाक के नथुनों से सरसों के तेल की बुँदे भी डाल सकते हैं | यह भी दिन में दो बार डालकर सिर दर्द हटा सकते हैं |
- आपके पास जो भी उपलब्ध उपचार हो, उससे लाभ उठा सकते हैं |
Headaches: Causes and Prevention
Headache diseases, diseases of the important action to protect nature. We caution that the correct eating habits and lifestyle. Both body and mind relaxation ask. Give them some rest. Improve your body the wrong behaviour. But we do not understand it.
Reason –
- Forming a plurality of air substances in our food
- Continuance constipation
- Any infection or allergy
- Hypertension remain
- Being cold-winter
- More alcohol, smoking, drugs.
- Anxiety, fear.
- Stresses some pain in the limbs
- The same type of lifestyle
- Eyes to the light of dwindling.
- Intake of food poisoning.
Stay hungry appetite. - Diabetes etc.
- Any one or more of these reasons can cause a headache.
Treatment (prevention) –
- Knowing the cause is removed, the best treatment. If you will not cause pain even.
- Henna flowers: the sun cause headaches, get to work in the sun, to feel the heat, so the full range of henna. Ground and grind them and apply on the forehead of the patient. Rest will come soon.
- Save and salt: salt intake also save removes headaches. The morning on an empty stomach to eat. This simple treatment will have the same nutrients from the body, will continue with every type headache.
- Lemon juice, rock salt: Take a small glass of water. The little rock salt. squeeze lemon. Now the patient drink it. Three doses during the day. Will rest.
- Lemon peel: Grind lemon peels on forehead applying headache goes away.
- Cow’s ghee: Cow’s ghee melted insert the patient’s nose nostrils. Even headache will go away. Take twice daily.
- Mustard oil: you from the nostrils of the nose can put mustard oil drops. It also can remove the headache and put a couple of times.
