नींबू
नींबू के विषय में सभी स्वास्श्य्शास्त्री एकमत होकर कहते हैं कि नीबू एक प्राकृतिक वरदान है जो मानव जाति का सबसे बड़ा स्वास्थ्य-रक्षक है, जिसे आमतौर पर लोग यही कहते हैं कि नींबू “लाख दुखों की एक दवा है |”
यह बात गलत नहीं है, हम नींबू द्वारा एक नहीं अनेक रोगों का उपचार अपने-आप कर सकते है | नींबू एक घरेलू डॉक्टर है जो बिना किसी फीस के आप का उपचार करता है जैसे कि – पेट रोगों, कब्ज, पेचिश,संग्रहिणी वायु जैसे रोग हैं, इक सब रोगों का शत्रु नींबू है, जो लोग नींबू का रस काली मिर्च, काला नमक पानी में मिलाकर सुबह खाली पेट पीते हैं, उन्हें कभी कोई पेट रोग नहीं लगता | उसकी भूख बढ़ती है, पाचन शक्ति भी बढ़ती है |

ऐसे रोगियों को दर्द वाले स्थान पर नींबू के रस को गिरी के तेल में मिलकर मालिश करें, तथा एक नींबू का रस पानी में घोलकर काली मिर्च, काले नमक के साथ पी लें, जोड़ों के दर्द से शीघ्र मुक्ति मिलेगी |
बुखार रोगियों के लिए भी नींबू लाभकारी है |
हृदय रोग भगाए
ब्लड प्रेशर हो या हृह्द रोग, ऐसे रोगियों को अधिक से अधिक नींबू के रस का प्रयोग करना चाहिए |
