ब्रहमचारी व्रत का महत्व
- व्यक्ति के शरीर का संचालन मन द्वारा होता है |
- काम वासना भी सबसे पहले मन में उठती है | फिर शरीर के अंगों में, लिंग में, मन के आदेश पर शरीर उत्तेजित होता है |
- मन पर विजय पा लेना मन में काम वासना का विचार न उठे, यही प्रयत्न हमें ब्रहमचारी का पालन कर सकता है |
- वीर्य हमारी अमूल्य धातु है | हम जो भोजन करते हैं, उससे जो सात धातुओं का निर्माण होता है, उन सब में अंतिम वीर्य का निर्माण है | यही हमारे उत्तम स्वास्थ्य का आधार है |
- वीर्य का पूर्ण रक्षा से संपूर्ण निरोगता पाई जा सकती है |
- इंद्रियों का मूल अंश वीर्य में है |
- संतान प्राप्ति की इच्छा से यदि कोई व्यक्ति स्त्री-गमन करता है, तो भी उसे ब्रहमचारी ही मानते हैं |
- केवल काम संतुष्टि के लिए, योग के लिए पत्नी के साथ शयन करना ब्रहमचारी नहीं माना जाता यह तो मात्र वासना पूर्ति ही है |
- विधार्थी जीवन काल में, विवाह से पूर्व के समय में तथा वानप्रस्थ आश्रम में स्त्री गामा की आज्ञा नहीं | यदि ऐसे समयों पर कोई संभोग करता है तो वह ब्रहमचारी नहीं |
- जो व्यक्ति वासनाओं को पूरी तरह त्याग देता है | वासनाओं से ऊपर उठकर प्रभु की राह पर चलता है वह ब्राहाचारी है | उसे ब्रहा प्राप्ति हो सकती है |
- जिस व्यक्ति के सात्विक विचार होंगे, वह ब्राहाचार्य का पालन कर सकता है | जिस व्यक्ति का सात्विक आहार होगा उसे भी ब्रहमचारी का पालन करना सरल होगा |
- जो व्यक्ति काम, क्रोध, मोह, अहंकार को पास नहीं भटकने देता वह भी ब्रहमचारी का पालन कर सकता है | वह ब्रहा को पा लेता है |
- साधना, ध्यान से भी ब्रहमचारी का पालन करना सरल हो जाता है | ऐसे में वह काम वासना से इतना ऊपर उठ जाता है | उसे स्त्री में भी भगवान् का रूप दिखाई देता है न कि भोग की चीज | ब्रहा पाना भी सरल हो जाता है |
- मन में काम वासना बनी रहे और ऊपर से ब्रहमचारी की चादर ओढने वाला ढोंगी होता है | वह ब्रहमचारी नहीं | ब्रहा को भी नहीं पा सकता है |
- जो ब्रहमचारी का पालन करता है, वह सदा स्व्श्य रहता है | वह निरोग रहता है | रोग उसे परेशान नहीं करते | उसकी बुद्धि भी तीव्र रहती है |
पूर्ण स्वस्थ रहने के लिए व्यक्ति को ब्राहाचारी होना, उसी के हित की बात है |
