उल्टियों के सरल उपचार
उल्टियाँ आने के कारण तथा उपचार इस प्रकार हैं –
जी मिचलाने से भी उलटी आ जाती है |
जिसे अम्ल पित्त की तकलीफ हो, उसे भी उलटी आ जाती है |
पाँव भारी होने पर भी उलटी लगने की संभावना रहती है | सामान्य उलटी हो तो कोई बात नहीं | अधिक उल्टियाँ आएँ तो उपचार जरुरी |
यदि आप यात्रा में हैं तो अपनी जेब में दो-चार लौंग तथा थोड़ी मिश्री रखें | इसे चूसने से आराम मिलता है |
नींबू काटें | इस पर नमक तथा पिसी चीनी लगाएँ | चूसें | आराम मिलेगा |
नारंगी का रस भी उल्टी रोकने में सक्षम है | हर घंटे बाद पाँव-सात चम्मच इस रस के लें | दो-तीन बार लेने से ही आराम मिलेगा |
पुदीने का रस भी उल्टी रोकता है |
दो लौंग पीसकर मिश्री के एक छोटे चम्मच में मिलाकर गर्ववती स्त्री को खिलाएँ | आराम मिलेगा |
यदि उल्टियाँ पाचन क्रिया बिगड़ जाने के कारन हो तो एक हिस्सा नारंगी का रस, तीन हिस्से पानी में मिलाकर पिलाने से पाचन क्रिया भी सुधर जाती है |

एक कटोरी दही लें | एक प्याज बारीक काट कर दही में डालें | रोगी को खिलाएँ | दिन में दो खुराक |
जीरा एक हिस्सा, धनिया भी एक हिस्सा | दोनों को पीसें | इसे रख लें | मिश्री के पाउडर के साथ एक-एक चम्मच रोगी खाए | आराम आता जाएगा |
एक कप गर्म पानी में आधा नींबू निचोड़े और एक चम्मच शहद डाल लें | इसे मिलाकर रोगी को पिलाएँ | अमल पित्त की शिकायत नहीं रहेगी व वामन करने को मन नहीं करेगा |
आँवले के चूर्ण एक बड़ा चम्मच, एक ही चम्मच पिसी मिश्री | इन्हें मिलाएँ | रोगी को खिलाकर ऊपर से गुनगुना पानी पिला दें | उल्टियाँ नहीं रहेंगी |
इन कुछ उपयोंग में से जो आप आसानी से अपना सकें, उन्हें ही अपनाएँ |
Simple Treatment of Vomiting
Puking and treatment are due to arrive –

Part cumin, coriander is also a part. Grind it both. Keep it up. One tablespoon of powdered sugar with the patient eats. Will do the rest.
Squeezing half a lemon in a cup of warm water and pour a spoonful of honey. Mix it and give this to patient for drink. Implementation of bile will not complain and will not feel like vomit.
Gooseberry powder a tablespoon, one teaspoon sugar powder. These match. The patient should drink milk and humming top. Puking will not.
