Snoring
What is Snoring :
When we breathe while sleeping, air passes touching by an organ named epiglottis. When wind finds no space to expel, breathing speed increases because of obstruction while breathing consequently, sound of snoring produces. There are several reasons of this problem as defective nose, allergy, swelling in the nose, thick tongue, artificial teeth that do not adjust properly in gums, excessive smoking, use of wine or other intoxicating drugs and having excessive meal at night etc. neither snoring is harmful nor it is disease. When a person is exhausted badly because of excessive work, he starts to snore.
A person should sleep by closing his mouth. He should sleep with another person so that he may be awakened by the person when he starts to snore.
