Road Accident: Injuries (skeletal injuries, head injuries, crush injuries) and its first aid treatment
With increasing industrialization and urbanization, there is a progressive vehicular traffic. As a result, vehicular accidents are on rise. The accident may involve a single vehicle crashing against hard, two or more vehicles colliding, or a vehicle hitting pedestrian. The risks are given. Usually there are serious skeletal injuries, head injuries, and crush injuries. The victims may have to be their lives, as in following list otherwise they should not be moved.
- Unconsciousness.

First Aid
- Switch off the alone of the vehicle if it is running.
- Resuscitate if there is a cardiorspiratory arrest.
- Treat shock.
- Treat injuries appropriately.
- Send for an ambulance.
- Look fm a leak of diesel as that can lead to a fire or explosion.
- Disconnect the battery to reduce the risk of fire.
- Immobilize die using die hand brake or by putting it in a gear, so that it does not roll down slopes and cause damage.
- Look for passengers trapped inside the car or drown out of the car.
- Shift all seriously to a hospital immediately.
- Inform the police die accident. Mark the exact position of the casualty or vehicle moving because the police need this information.
- If there is spillage of dangerous liquids or inform fire brigade about the same.
