एक अनार सौ बीमार कहावत संसार में प्रसिद्ध है |
यह कहावत तो आपने बहुत बार सुनी होगी, लेकिन इसके पीछे क्या रहस्य है, यह आपको नहीं पता होगा | आओ, इसके विषय में पहले आपको बता दें |
एक अनार इतना गुणकारी होता है कि उससे अनेक रोगों का उपचार हो सकता है | किसी वैद्द् या हकीम के पास एकदम से इतने अधिक रोगी आ गए कि उस के लिए एक अनार से उसका उपचार करना कठिन हो गया | वे बेचारे दु:खी होकर बोले – एक तो मेरे पास अनार है, और तुम सौ बीमार हो, अब मैं किस किस का उपचार करूँ ?
इससे आप अनार की विशेषता को भली-भांति जान सकते हैं | अनार की तासीर ठंडी होती है, इसलिए इसके सेवन से गर्मी के सारे रोग दूर हो जाते हैं |
पेचिश रोग
पेचिश रोगियों के लिए एक सरल उपचार इस प्रकार है –
अनार के सूखे छिलके 10 ग्राम
लौंग (फुल वाली) 3 नग
इसको गर्म पानी में उबाल लें, जब यह दस-पंद्रह मिनट तक उबले तो फिर नीचे उतार कर उसे किसी बारीक छलनी से छान लें, छिलकों को अच्छी तरह से दबाकर निचोड़ लें ताकि उनका पूरा रस निकल जाए | अब इस रस को पेचिश रोगी को दो-तीन बार पिला दें, लाभ होगा |
दिल का दौरा
दिल का दौरा पड़ने वाले रोगियों के लिए अनार का रस तथा अनार का शर्बत पीना लाभकारी है |
पेट का दर्द
अनार के दानों पर काला नमक और काली मिर्च का चूर्ण बनाकर डालकर सेवन करें तो दर्द ठीक हो जाएगा |
नकसीर
कई लोगों के नाक से बैठे-बैठे खून बहने लगता है, इसे नकसीर रोग कहते हैं | ऐसे रोगी के लिए जब भी नकसीर शुरू हो तभी उसकी नाक में एक-एक कतरा अनार का रस डाल दें |
बवासीर
अनार के छिलके सुखाकर पीस लें इसमें थोड़ी मिश्री मिलाकर बवासीर रोगी को दिन में चार बार ठंडे पानी से खिलाएं तो रोग से शीघ्र मुक्ति मिलेगी |
मुंह की बदबू
बहुत बुरा रोग है यह | इंसान किसी दुसरे से बात करते हुए भी लज्जा महसूस करता है | इस रोग को मिटाने के लिए –
अनार के छिलकों को धुप में सुखाकर उनमें छोटी इलायची मिलाकर अच्छी तरह से कूट-पीसकर चूर्ण तैयार कर लें | एक-एक चम्मच सुबह शाम इसका सेवन करने से मुंह की बदबू ठीक हो जाती है |
