चिरमिटी (घुमची)
चिरमिटी का वृक्ष देखने में अदभुत होता है । यह अधिकतर घने जंगलों में पाया जाता है । इसके पत्ते छोटे हरे तथा सुंदर होते हैं । इसके पत्ते ही अधिक उपयोगी माने जाते हैं ।
गुण तथा लाभ
जिगर की गर्मी दूर करे
चिरमिटी के पत्तों को मिश्री और छोटी इलायची के साथ मिलाकर चबाने से गर्मी दूर हो जाती है ।
मुंह के छाले तथा राल
चिरमिटी के पत्ते 50 ग्राम
सिंगाड़े 10 ग्राम
सफेद कत्था 6 ग्राम
मिश्री 10 ग्राम
इलायची छोटी 1 ग्राम
कवाब चीनी 2 ग्राम
इस सब को कूट-पीसकर किसी छलनी में या बारीक कपड़े में छानकर हल्का-सा शहद मिला छोटी-छोटी गोलियां बनाकर घर में रखें । मुंह के रोगियों की एक-एक गोली मुंह में रखकर चूसने से रोग से मुक्ति मिलती है ।
चिरमिटी के पत्ते मुंह में रखकर उन्हें पान की भांति चबाते हुए पीक को बाहर थूकते जाएं तो मुंह के छाले ठीक हो जाते हैं ।
शक्तिवर्धक
सफेद चिरमिटी का छिलका उतारकर दूध में उबाल लें । बाद में उसे नीचे उतार कर सुखा लें । जब सुख जाए तो कूट-पीसकर चूर्ण बनाकर रखें ।
प्रतिदिन सुबह एक चम्मच चूर्ण
गाय का दूध 400 ग्राम
