अरणी
अरणी का वृक्ष आम जंगलों, खुले मैदानों में पाया जाता है । इसके पत्ते गोल और कई प्रकार की नोंक लिए होते हैं । इस पर सफेद रंग के फुल आते हैं । यह एक परकार का वृक्ष है । जो प्राकृतिक रूप से ही पैदा होता है ।
गुण तथा लाभ
अरणी की लकड़ी को यज्ञ में पूरा के समय हवन-कुंड में जलाने का अर्थ है कि इसे पूज्य माना जाता है ।
अरणी का रस कब्ज को दूर करता है ।
अरणी कटुतिक्त, सारक, मधुर कठायक तथा कब्ज नाशक है ।
