रेवट चीनी

रेवट चीना का क्षुप होता है जिसकी जड़ पीले रंग की होती है | उस जड़ को हे रेवत चीनी कहते हैं | इसके सत् को उसीर रेवन कहते हैं | इसका स्वाद काफी कड़वा होता है |

लाभ तथा गुण

यह जड़ी-बूटी, अजीर्ण, अतिसार, मंदागिन, अरुचि, शीतपित्त तथा दुष्ट व्रण को दुर करने वाली है |

कब्ज रोगियों के लिए

रेवट चीनी                  20 ग्राम

मुसब्बर                     20 ग्राम

रूमी मस्तगी             6 ग्राम

इन सब को कूट-पीसकर इसका चूर्ण तैयार कर लें | फिर थोड़ा-सा पानी मिलाकर मटर के दाने बराबर की गोलियां बना लें, एक गोली रात को सोते समय पानी या दूध के साथ सेवन करते रहें तो कब्ज रोग दूर हो जाएगा | भूख भी खुब लगेगी |

पेशाब रोग

जब भी किसी को पेशाब न आने तथा पेशाब में जलन और रुक-रूककर पेशाब आने का रोग लगे तो –

कवाब चीनी

इलायची

इन सब को समान मात्रा में लेकर कूट-पीस छानकर चूर्ण तैयार कर लें, इस चूर्ण का एक चम्मच ताजा पानी या गाय के 250 ग्राम के साथ पेशाब रोगी को सेवन करवा दें | 15 दिन तक इसे खाने से पेशाब के अनेक रोग ठीक हो जाते हैं |

जिगर की खराबी (यकृत)

रेवट चीनी चीनी का चूर्ण          4 ग्राम

भुनी हुई हींग                            थोड़ी-सी

शुद्ध हीरा कसीस (नीबू के रस में घोलकर सुखाया हुआ, आधा चम्मच)

इन सब को मिलाकर एक चम्मच प्रतिदिन सुबह के समय सेवन करने से यकृत और प्लीहा रोगों से मुक्ति मिलती है |
