सेम
सेम का वृक्ष या पौधा नहीं होता बल्कि इसकी एक बेल होती है, जो किसी दुसरे के सहारे फलती-फूलती है, जैसे आप चित्र में देख रहे हैं कि सेम की बेल दुसरे डंडों के सहारे ऊपर चढ़ी हुई है ।
सेम की फलियों का सब्जी के रूप में सेवन किया जाता है । इसका अचार भी बड़ा स्वादिष्ट होता है । सेम पत्तों को मिश्री में घोलकर, दाद-खारिश वाले स्थान पर दिन में चार बार एक सप्ताह तक लगाएं तो खारिश-खुजली से मुक्ति मिलेगी ।
