The Rules for application of bandages on Chest (cruciform bandage) in first aid-“First Aid”

The Rules for application of bandages on Chest (cruciform bandage) 

1. For the right breast make turns of the bandage obliquely from the right to left round and below the breast.
2. Pass the bandage upward from right to left over the shoulder should be on the side and bring it obliquely round the back down to the right axilla.
3. Wind the bandage round the chest covering the lower part of the breast and fixing the preceding turn.
4. Pass the bandage upward again lifting the breast and take it across the chest a little higher than the previous turn. Pass it over the shoulder.
5. Make several more turns each a little higher than the previous turn
