The Rules for application of bandages on Chest (spiral bandage)
- Lay about 1 meter long bandage over the right or left shoulder and leave it to hang free.
- Wind several turns of a roller bandage around the chest from bottom to top and fix its end.
- Bring the free end of the bandage at the front over the other shoulder and tie it to the other free end at the back.
