पेशाब सबंदी रोग : सावधान !
पेशाब के रुके रहने पर गुर्दा फुल सकता है | कभी-कभी काम करना भी बंद कर सकता है | इस अवस्था में विष पुरे शरीर में फैलने का भय रहता है | यह बड़ी खतरनाक स्थिति है | गुर्दे पेशाब का उत्पादन करना ही बंद कर सकते हैं | यही मृत्यु का भी कारण बन सकता है | अत: उपचार अत्यंत आवश्यक है | कुछ उपचार ये भी हैं –
शतावरी का चूर्ण पौन चम्मच ताजे पानी के साथ दिन में तीन बार |
ऐसे रोग में सत्तू का शर्बत दिन में तीन बार एक-एक गिलास लें |
यदि उपलब्ध हो तो नारियल का पानी पीना हितकर रहता है |
बेल का शर्बत पी सकें तो पेशाब को रोग नहीं रहेंगे |
पके हुए पपीते का सेवन भी इस रोग को शांत करता है |
दिन में बार-बार पानी पीने से भी पेशाब खुलकर आता है |
एक मुट्ठी जौ लें | उसे दो गिलास पानी में उबालें | ठंडा कर दिन में एक-एक कटोरी 5-6 बार पी लें | यह पेशाब सबंदी रोगों को ठीक करता है |
पेशाब प्रक्रिया को ठीक करने के लिए 100 ग्राम भिंडी को दो गिलास पानी में 20 मिनट तक उबालें | ठंडा कर कपड़छान करें | एक छोटा कप, इसे दिन में एक समय पीते रहें |
आँवले का रस दो बड़े चम्मच एक समय, दिन में तीन बार |
खरबूजे के छिलके लें | छोटे-छोटे कांटे | दो गिलास पानी में डालें | उबालें | इसे ठंडा कर दिन में पीते रहने से आराम मिलेगा |
मकई के भुट्टे के बाल मुट्ठी भर इकट्ठे करें | इन्हें पानी में उबालें | ठंडा होने पर दिन में चार बार एक-एक कप लें |
अजमेद का रस दिन में तीन बार पे लें | राहत मिलेगी |
अजमेद की चाय भी इस रोग के लिए उत्तम है |
घीया के बीजों को कूट-पीसकर, पानी मिलाकर, छानकर पीने से पेशाब के रोग ठीक हो जाते हैं | नार्मल पेशाब होगा |
केले के तने से बाहरी रेशों को लें | रस निकालें | इसे पी लें | इसे पीने से भी यह रोग शांत हो जाता है |
चावल की भूसी दो बड़े चम्मच लेकर पानी में उबालें | इसमें शक्कर या मिश्री मिलाकर पी लें | आराम मिलेगा |
पेशाब के रोगों से छुटकारा पाना इसलिए जरुरी है क्योंकि रोग बिगड़ जाने से गुर्दों के रोग और फिर भगवान् न करे, कैंसर होने का भय भी बना रहता है | अत: समय पर संभालकर उपचार जरुर करें | चिकित्सिक की सलाह लेना और भी सुरक्षित हो जाएगा |
