पांच अखरोट लेकर तोड़ें | गिरी निकालें | इसे चबाकर खाएं | बहुत बारीक करके | अखरोट का तेल कीड़े मारकर बहार निकाल देगा |
हल्का-सा गुलाब लेने से भे पेट अच्छी प्रकार साफ़ हो जाता है | इससे कब्ज नहीं रहेगी | गंदगी इकट्ठी नहीं होगी तो कीड़े भी नहीं पनपेंगे | यह हल्का गुलाब 7-8 दिनों में एक बार ही |
