Heaviness of Stomach
What is Heaviness of Stomach:
The food what we take is not digested because of weak digestion power which becomes the cause of gastritis problem. In this case, heaviness is felt in the stomach.
Treatment :
- Grind 10 grams of an equal quantity of elava and zingiber zerumbet and filter it. Shuffle it in rose water and make small tablets and then dry it in shade and take 1 to 2 tablets of it with lukewarm water before going to the bed as night, it reduces heaviness of the stomach.
- Grind 12 grams triphala(the powder made from Indian Gooseberry, Terminalia chebulic retz and beleric myrobalan), 25 grams cassia angustifolia and 50 grams chook together to make the powder and mix it in lemon juice and make small tablets. Dry it in shade and take 1 to 2 tablets at night before going to bed to reduce heaviness of the stomach.
- Grind cherry plum in the water and take it to reduce the heaviness of the stomach.
- Take unripe turnip starts loose motion to reduce the heaviness of the stomach.
