Hydrogen Peroxide
It is an agent used for preventing the growth of microorganism. But it cannot kill microorganisms.
Features:
it is used in cleaning of wounds.
It breaks down into nascent (active) oxygen and water.
The oxygen bubbles remove tissue debris from inaccessible part of wounds.
It also kills bacteria by oxidation.
