सिताव
इन वृक्ष की पत्तियां छोटी-छोटी होती हैं । कद लंबा होता है । यह प्राकृतिक रूप से खुले क्षेत्रों में पैदा होता है ।
गुण तथा लाभ
खांसी, नजला, जुकाम का उपचार
सिताव की पत्तियां 10 ग्राम
काली मिर्च 10 ग्राम
लौंग 5 ग्राम
इन सब को लेकर थोड़ा सा सेंधा नमक मिलाकर कूट-पीस छानकर चने बराबर की गोलियां बना लें । इनमे से एक गोली सुबह, एक शाम, एक रात को सोते समय पानी के साथ 15 दिन तक सेवन करने से खांसी रोग दूर हो जाता है । इन के साथ गले के सारे रोग ठीक हो जाते हैं ।
