नाक बहना, जुकाम तथा छींकों का उपचार
देखने में लगता है कि ये बड़े मासुली विकार हैं | ऐसा तो कुछ भे नहीं कि इनके उपचार की बड़ी चिंता करें | मगर नहीं | इसको कभी गिड़ने मत दें | शुरू में ही इलाज कर, स्वस्थ हो जाएँ | लापरवाही महँगी पड़ सकती है | अत: समय रहते संभलें |
इन रोगों का कारण हो सकता है | धुआं, धुल, गर्द, नापसंद गंध, मौसम में तबदीली, कुछ भोज्य पदार्थ भी | यह एलर्जी ही तो है |
जो एंटी अलार्जिक दवाओं पर आ जाते हैं | उनकों स्थाई लाभ नहीं होता |
रोग का जो भी कारण हो, उस कारण को दूर करें |
प्रात:काल पानी में नींबू मिलाकर पीना, रोग को शांत भी करता है तथा प्रतिरक्षा क्षमता बढ़ाता है |
अधिक तेल-घी मुक्त पदार्थ, अधिक मसाले, मिर्च मत लें |
ऐसे रोगों में दही सेवन भी ठीक नहीं | ठंडे पदार्थ खाना तथा ठंडे पेय पीना भी रोग बढाते हैं | इनसे बचें |
ऐसी अवस्था में आलू, दूध आदि का सेवन कम कर दें |
धुम्रपान या किसी भी रूप में तंबाकू सेवन बंद करें |
मौसमी फलों का सेवन करें | संतरा, मौसमी अच्छे रहेंगे |
गाजर का सेवन, गाजर का रस रोग को कम करते हैं |
टमाटर,पुदीना आदि भी इस रोग को ठीक करते हैं |
आम, अमरुद, अंगूर, सेव खाना अच्छा रहेगा |
एक-दो चम्मच गुनगुना पानी लें | इसमें चुटकी भर नमक डालें | इसे अपने दोनों नथुनों में चढ़ाएँ |
गुनगुने पानी में नमक डालकर नियमित गरारे करने से यह रोग शांत हो जाता है | कफ का प्रभाव खत्म होता है | गला ठीक हो जाता है और आराम मिलता है |
कब्ज नहीं होगी तो यह रोग भी नहीं रहेगा | हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियाँ खाना कब्ज भी दूर करता है, अन्य रोग भी शांत |
नाक बहना, जुकाम रहना, छींकें आना, इन सबको ठीक करने के लिए चने के आटे की रोटी बहुत उपयोगी रहती है |
इसे देसी घी के साथ खाना बेहतर रहेगा |
चने को अंकुरित करके खाना अधिक फायदा करता है |
भुने चनों की भाप या नाक को सेंक बहुत फायदा देती है | भुने गरम चने या जैसे भी हो, खाने से भी लाभ मिलता है |
सरसों के तेल को नाक में लगाने से भी काफी आराम मिलता है | न तो ये रोग पेचीदा है, न ही इनके उपचार ही कठिन | किंतु यदि रोग को बढ़ने देंगे, लापरवाही करेंगे तो ये बिगड़कर समस्या बन सकते हैं | बचाव करेंगे तो सुखी रहेंगे |
कुछ उपचार तो करें ही, ऊपर बताए परहेज भी अपनाने चाहिए | रोग का आधार ही खत्म कर दें |
Runny nose, cough and treat Sneeze
