लाल मिर्च
भारत में तो लाल मिर्च की पैदावार भी खूब है और इसके खाने वालों की संख्या भी कुछ कम नहीं । हालांकि डॉक्टर, वैद्द, हकीम सब के सब इस बात को कहते है कि लाल मिर्च का अधिक सेवन स्वस्थय के लिए नुकसानदायक है परंतु फिर भी लोग खाते हैं और खूब खाते हैं ।
