मूंगफली
भारत के रेतीले तथा गर्म क्षेत्रों में मूंगफली काफी पैदा होती है । गरीब जनता तो इसे गरीबों के बादाम के नाम से पुकारती है । सर्दियों के दिनों में तो अक्सर लोग इसे खाते नजर आते हैं ।
मूंगफली की फलियां जमीन के अंदर रहती हैं । ऊपर तो केवल इसके पत्ते रहते हैं । मुंगफली का तेल निकालकर खाने के काम में लिया जाता है ।
