“Maidenhair Fern (हंसराज)” multiple uses in Ayurveda

हंसराज

यह भी प्राकृतिक रूप से पैदा होने वाली बूटी है । इसे जंगलों और मैदानी क्षेत्रों में बराबर पाया जाता है ।

जैसे आप चित्र में देख रहे हैं । इसकी पत्तियां हंस के पांव जैसी लग रही है । इसलिए इसे हंसराज के नाम से पुकारा जाता है । हंस ही इसकी पहचान बन गया है ।

नकसीर तथा अन्य नाक रोग

हंसराज 10 ग्राम गुर्च का सत 1 ग्राम इलाचयी 1 ग्राम

इन सबको मिलाकर दस दिन तक खाते रहने से अनक की गंदगी तथा नकसीर रोग ठीक हो जाते हैं ।

अंडकोषों की सुजन

हंसराज के पत्ते, कत्था, शीतलचीनी, छोटी इलायची का चूर्ण – इन सबको
मिलाकर अंडकोषों पर बांध दें, यह घ्यान रहे कि इसे कस कर न बांधे अंडकोषों को अधिक दबाने से आदमी की मृत्यु भी हो जाती है । लंगोट में रखकर उसे दस दिन तक बांधते रहने से अंडकोषों की सुजन दूर हो जाएगी ।

गंजेपन का उपचार

हंसराज के पत्ते को कूटकर उनका लेप तैयार करके गंजे स्थान पर लगाते रहने से कुछ दिनों के पश्चात् ही बाल उगने शुरू हो जाते हैं ।
