मसूर
इसे हमारे देश में दाल के रूप में सेवन किया जाता है । इसकी तासीर गर्म-शुष्क है और खून को बढ़ाने में सहयोग देती है ।
लाभ तथा गुण
मसूर एक फसल के रूप में धरती में से किसान लोग बोकर गेहूं की भांति ही तैयार करते हैं । यह कोई जंगली पौधा नहीं है, न ही यह प्राकृतिक रूप से पैदा होती है । इसे पैदा करने के लिए किसानों को काफी परिश्रम करना पड़ता है ।
आँख रोगों में
मसूर की दाल को देसी घी में छोंक कर प्रति दिन खाने से आंखों के सब रोग दूर हो जाते हैं और नजर भी तेज हो जाती है । यहां तक की चश्मा तक भू छुट जाता है ।
प्रदर तथा रक्तस्त्राव
इन रोगों में मसूर के आटे का चूरमा बनाकर खाने से यह रोग दूर हो जाता है ।
