धतुरा
धतूरे का पौधा अधिक बड़ा नहीं होता | यह दो रंगों में देखा जा सकता है ।
(1) काला (2) सफेद । इन पर काले और सफेद फुल आते हैं । इसका फल विष ही होता है । इसलिए इसका सेवन बिना किसी वैद्द-हकीम से पूछे बिना नहीं करना चाहिए ।
लाभ तथा गुण
दुखी आंखों व कानों में धतूरे का रस एक-एक बूंद डाल देने से आंख रोग ठीक हो जाता है ।
मिरगी रोग
धतूरे की जड़ का चूर्ण बनाकर मिरगी रोग का दौरा पड़ने पर सुंघा दें तो रोगी को होश आ जाएगा ।
गुण तथा लाभ
बच्चों के पेट में दर्द हो तो धतूरे के पत्तों पर गर्म-गर्म सरसों का तेल लगाकर उन्हें हलके गर्म रहने पर बच्चों के पेट पर बांध दें | इससे पेट दर्द ठीक हो जाएगा ।
बवासीर और भगन्दर रोगों पर
धतूरे के पत्ते प्रतिदिन एक मास तक रोगी के मस्सों और फोड़ों पर बांधने से रोग ठीक हो जाता है ।
