कुलथी
कुलथी एक ऐसी जड़ी है, जो आम जंगलों और खुले मैदानी भागों में प्राकृतिक रूप से जन्म लेती है | यह जड़ी अधिकतर इन रोगों को नष्ट करने के काम आती है –

बात ज्वर के लिए
कुलथी 60 ग्राम पानी 1 किलो
कुलथी को पानी में डालकर हलकी आंच पर पकाएं | जब पानी की चौथाई भाग रह जाए तो उसे नीचे उतारकर किसी चलनी या कपड़े से छान लें | अब इसमें थोड़ा-सा सेंध नमक व् आधा चम्मच पिसी हुई सोंठ मिलाकर बुखार के रोगी को दिन में तीन बार पिलाते रहें | दो दिन में बुखार उतर जाएगा |
परहेज
गर्ममसाले, खट्टी व् तली हुई चीजों से दूर रहें | इनसे स्वास्थ्य को नुक्सान होता है |
