केला
यह आजकल तो हर मौसम में मिलता है | केला एक ऐसा फल है जो शीघ्र हजम होता है | इसकी तासीर ठंडी होती है | केले से अनेक रोगों का उपचार होता है जिनमें से कुछ रोग इस प्रकार हैं :
नारी रोग – सफेद पानी
इस रोग में दो केले खाकर ऊपर से शहद मिला आधा गिलास दूध पीने से यह रोग चालीस दिन में ठीक हो जाता है |
गैस रोगों में
दूध का एक छोटा गिलास और एक पका हुआ केला दोनों का सेवन करने से गैस रोग दूर दूर हो जाता है |

केले की जड़ को सुखाकर कूट पीसकर बारीक छलनी में छानकर चूर्ण तैयार कर लें | इस चूर्ण को देसी घी में मिलाकर पिसी हुई काली मिर्च मिला लें एक मास तक यह सेवन करते रहें, दांतों के सरे रोग ठीक हो जाएंगे |
ऐसे रोगियों को भिंडी, चावल, राजमा नहीं खाने चाहिए |
