Chapped Lips
Dry and cracked lips can occur anytime during year and not limited to winter season. The skin peels off and painful cracks appear when lips are stretched.

- Use beeswax. It softens lips and heals cracks. Apply 3-4 times in a day.
- Avoid dehydration. Drink enough water daily. Coconut water and fruit juices can help to prevent cracked lips.
- Food enriched with Vitamin B also helps to reduce chapped lips.
- Licking lips is bad as saliva contains gastric juices which further dries up lips.
