Ayurvedic Care

  • Citrus fruits such as lemon can change PH levels on the skin. Use lemon juice, dab it on the affected area such as arm pits and pat it dry. Odor producing bacteria can survive the acidic level of lemon juice.
  • Shave regularly under your arms. Underarm hair can increase body odour because it traps sweat and bacteria.
  • Eat plenty of green vegetables containing chlorophyll. Chlorophyll in is the active ingredient in a number of internally taken preparations intended to reduce body odor in general. Vegetables having the darkest shade of green contain maximum amount of chlorophyll e.g. Spinach, Parsley etc.
  • Dab Chandan powder and Wala (Khus) powder in under arms and groin area to reduce odor.
  • Practice good hygiene to eliminate body odor
