The Rules for application of bandages on Hand and four fingers (without thumb) 

1. Make a circular turn around wrist.
2. Pass a reverse spiral down the back of the hand, turn over the tips of the fingers to the palm, returning to the back of the hand.
3. Cover the hand with spirals.
4. A figure – of – eight bandage may also be used for the hand
